Steve Dutton

Steve joined Kelso in 2006. He spent the preceding two years in the Investment Banking division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Steve co-leads the Firm’s financial services practice. He is currently a director of J.S. Held, Pathstone, Premia Re, ReSource Pro, Somers Re, Wellington-Altus and WilliamsMarston. Past directorships include American Beacon, Accession, Newport Group and Oasis Outsourcing. Steve received a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2004. He is currently a member of the New York Regional Board of the College Foundation of the University of Virginia and the Advisory Board of Champions for Quality Education, a New York-based non-profit organization.
