Nicole Weil

Nicole joined Kelso in 2023. She is a Vice President on the Portfolio Operations team, focused on Human Capital initiatives and improving the operational performance of Kelso’s portfolio companies. Nicole spent the preceding two years at Veritas Capital in its Portfolio Optimization group. Prior to that, she worked as a management consultant in Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice. Nicole earned an M.B.A, with distinction, from New York University's Stern School of Business and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
