Bryan Robinson

Bryan joined Kelso in 2025. He has over 20 years of operating experience leading organizational transformation and growth across global and consumer-facing businesses. Bryan was most recently Chief People and Strategy Officer at Great Wolf Resorts, where he helped to drive large-scale growth through innovative people strategies, executive team development, and cutting-edge HR practices. Previously, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Chicago Cubs, and earlier in his career at General Electric, he held progressive HR leadership roles supporting business transformation and executive development at GE’s Lighting, Healthcare and Corporate organizations.

Bryan holds B.S. in Human Resources Management and Master of Labor Relations degrees from Michigan State University.
