William Marshall

William joined Kelso in 2026. He brings more than 15 years of experience partnering with private equity sponsors and portfolio company management teams on finance operations, value creation, and business transformation initiatives. William was most recently Operating Partner, Finance at New State Capital Partners. Previously, he was a Director in the Office of the CFO Solutions practice at FTI Consulting, an Investment Banking Analyst at North Point Advisors, and an Analyst at Coulter Enterprises. William holds an MBA in Finance from Wichita State University and a B.S. in Management and Leadership from the University of Kansas.
