Kelso Fund XI Announces Investment in Galloway

Kelso is pleased to announce that Kelso Investment Associates XI, L.P. and certain of our affiliate funds have closed the acquisition of Galloway & Company (“Galloway”). Galloway is a multidisciplinary Architecture and Engineering (“A&E”) firm providing a full suite of A&E services for a variety of private and public sector end markets. Kelso invested in Galloway in partnership with ARA Services Partners, an independent sponsor founded by veteran A&E executive George Pierson, to pursue a platform creation thesis in the sector. Galloway represents the core initial acquisition for our platform strategy, and we will seek to deploy significant follow-on equity capital to support our M&A thesis.
